Great location with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a decent selection to choose from. The hotel staff was friendly and always eager to help us find our way around the city.
The WiFi was almost non-existent and there was no air conditioning in the room, making it unbearable to sleep at night. The room was infested with spiders, which was quite unsettling for us. we wouldn't consider returning to this hotel on our next trip to the city.

The hotel boasts an incredible location that offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding areas. Guests can enjoy a drink on the terrace whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. the breakfast and restaurant received praise, with guests impressed with the helpful staff and quality of food served. Rooms were generally described as clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was situated on a hill with an amazing view of the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to wake up to a beautiful mist over the lake. The rooms were spacious and clean. We appreciated the free parking and the fact that the staff was always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from and the dining area was a great place to relax.
One thing that we didn't enjoy was the climb up to the hotel, especially after a long day of activities. We also had intermittent internet which made it hard to stay connected.

I had a wonderful stay with stunning lake and castle views. This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the castle and lake boat tours. The staff were very polite and always ready to help, making my stay very comfortable. I loved my spacious and well-equipped room, including a spacious shower tube. Parking was free and located directly in front of the hotel, which is not very common in this city. The delicious home-made authentic cuisine in the restaurant was a highlight, and I really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a drink while enjoying the breathtaking views.
Nothing it is perfect.

The location with a beautiful view of the lake and castle was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel was quiet and well-maintained.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
